What is this store's return and exchange policy?
- Pink Plush Boutique will gladly accept exchanges or issue refunds on any non-clearance items within 14 days of receipt of purchase. The item must be unworn and in its original condition with original sales tags attached. To exchange or return items, please email us at email@example.com or click the link below and we will provide details on how to return the piece to us. Following the receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be contacted within 3-5 business days with information on your exchange or refund.
- RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS: We do not allow returns/exchanges for personalized or custom items. Please double check to make sure all personalization and designs are correct. We recommend double checking your confirmation email to ensure your shipping address, personalization, design, size/s, etc are all correct. If changes need to be made, please contact us asap BEFORE your order ships and changes or adjustments can be made to your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges of online purchases, unless the item is defective or other issues occur for which Pink Plush Boutique is at fault. All clearance / sale items are final. Shipping costs for returns are typically $3-$10 depending on the weight of items.
- Pink Plush Boutique will not be responsible for lost or stolen package if it shows delivered to the address provided.
- Pink Plush Boutique shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling.
RETURN / EXCHANGES FOR HOLIDAY ITEMS
Please be sure to read all notes regarding sizing on holiday items. Returns/ exchanges for any holiday items that are returned or exchanged less than 7 days before the holiday or after that holiday will incur a 25% restocking fee. Holiday orders cancelled during production with less than 7 days before the holiday will incur a 25% restocking fee as our items as custom made to order.
RETURN / EXCHANGES FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
There are no returns or exchanges on our monogrammed or personalized items. However, if there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix it or offer you a refund. With this being said, PLEASE follow all directions when placing an order and double check that everything is correct.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Even though some items are handmade or customized for you, each order is a high importance to us. In-stock items ship within 2-5 business days, personalized items ship within 7-10 days, and pre-orders ship within 1-2 weeks. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If you have a problem with an order or a damaged item from this store, please contact us through the Contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, we are unable to re-ship any items until the original item is returned and/or received and processed as being in new, unused condition.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
At this time, due to the high-level of customization involved in designing and producing each of the shirts shown, we are no longer able to offer customization to colors and/or shirt style shown. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Same Billing & Shipping Address
The billing and shipping address must be the same addresses for all orders. We can only ship to the address where your credit card bill is mailed to.
Our merchant system will not process your order, if we are unable to verify that billing address matches with credit card which you are using to purchase. If you receive an error when processing your order that says: "The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder" then we recommend you to checkout with PayPal, this method of payment may work better! * You will not need a PayPal account to checkout. Furthermore, you can also contact bank/credit Card Company and let them know that you are trying to make a purchase with a company in the US and using an address verification system. Let them know that you would like to make your address available to verify.
We may be able to make an exception if you are can provide the following files to us:
1. A scanned email or legible faxed copy of the credit card you would like to use to make the purchase.
2. A scanned email or legible faxed copy of your identification. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card.
